  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers through pricing, service excellence, communication and other commercial tools.
  • Establish service contracts and respond to tenders when required.
  • Identify and present new ideas, collaborations or innovations that support growth and align with WEC Lines’ mission and vision.

What you bring

  • Full professional proficiency in French and English (a third language is an asset).

  • Solid knowledge of the shipping and freight forwarding landscape around the French ports called by WEC Lines (Nantes-Saint-Nazaire, Le Havre and Fos-sur-Mer).
  • A good understanding of intermodal transport in France and Western Europe is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to identify and analyse relevant information to support a compelling commercial approach.
  • Skilled in initiating, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Diplomatic, courteous and professional, yet confident in challenging discussions when needed.

What we offer

  • A market-competitive salary consisting of a fixed component and a performance-based bonus.
  • Attractive employee benefits, including generous health and disability insurance.
  • Company car, laptop, iPhone and external screen.
  • Possibility to work from home part-time or upon request, with a preference for office presence.
  • Access to an off-site canteen and restaurant vouchers for all employees.
  • Employment conditions aligned with the branch collective labour agreement.
