Speak Up

The Speak Up @ WEC Lines reporting policy is a confidential and secure way to raise concerns about possible misconduct, misconduct or activities that breach our internal policies.

This reporting policy is for anyone who has a current, past or potential future working relationship with WEC Lines.

If you witness anything that feels suspicious, could harm the reputation of WEC or put anyone in danger, it’s your responsibility to report it. 

Examples

  • Any criminal activity or serious misconduct by WEC employees, clients or partners
  • Any suspected fraud, money-laundering, conflict of interest or breaches of internal controls
  • Any suspected bribery, corruption or facilitation payments
  • Any danger to health and safety
  • Any suspected bullying or mobbing, discrimination, harassment or sexual harassment, workplace violence or gender-based violence, child labour or forced labour
  • Any suspected lack of compliance by suppliers or sub-contractors
  • Covering up or destroying evidence relating to any of the above activities.

Anonymous reporting

It is possible to report anonymously. Please note that when you report anonymously and more information is needed for the investigation, this often becomes difficult.

You can give your contact details so that we can contact you about the status of the investigation and for any further questions. Or you can leave these fields blank, which allows you to report completely anonymously.

Secure usage of the application

  • At the bottom of the page you will find the ‘Speak Up @ WEC Lines’ form.
  • The report should be filed in good faith, providing as much information on the subject matter as possible. Answer the questions to the best of your knowledge.
  • Check that your internet connection is safe and no warnings are displayed in your browser in this regard.

 Important for WEC Lines España

Due to other legal and regulatory requirements, WEC Lines España use a different tool for reporting. They need to follow the standing protocol activated in Spain.
