About the role
As a Helpdesk Assistant you will provide IT support to end users in seven countries. You will solve technical problems and support the use of Microsoft 365, software packages, hardware and network environments.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Support end users and solve IT problems
- Register, analyze and handle incidents via phone, email and ticketing system
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Performing updates and maintenance on systems and applications
- Documenting problems, solutions and procedures
- Train and guide end users in the use of new systems
What you bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar help desk or IT support role
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and RDP terminal server environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Analytically strong and solution oriented
- Customer focused, proactive and stress resistant
